A little about me.
Bryan True
I have a background in diagnostic medical imaging and years of experience working within the medical field. As a radiologic technologist and MRI technologist, I worked directly with patients while observing anatomy, pathology, and the effects of illness and injury. This gave me a practical familiarity with anatomy and physiology that extended beyond textbook knowledge, yet I still felt that this understanding was incomplete. I wondered how physiology might be understood and applied more broadly, and holistically beyond the necessarily focused scope of individual treatments. I continued studying physiology, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and other natural health frameworks independently, searching for a more foundational piece of the health puzzle that seemed to be missing from conventional care. However, a practical understanding of health did not fully crystallize until I experienced multiple chronic conditions myself and had to find a path toward recovery.
I eventually had to confront chronic gastritis, IBS, FQAD, and several other persistent health problems. Conventional, alternative, traditional, and “natural” approaches did not provide lasting improvement and often left me feeling worse than I had been before trying them. Each failed intervention forced me to revisit the same lesson that addressing isolated symptoms or individual parts of the body was not enough when the system as a whole remained unsupported. As my body continued to react poorly to most interventions, and the pain and discomfort persisted without any apparent end, this lesson became more than a theoretical idea. It became a lived reality for me.
Living through this for years gradually changed how I approached my health. Rather than continuing to rely primarily on theories, protocols, and outside interpretations, I began paying closer attention to how my own body responded over time. This required developing interoception—the inherent ability to notice and interpret subtle internal changes. It did not happen quickly. It emerged gradually through nearly five years of intermittent pain, discomfort, experimentation, and observation. Its real value became clear only when I stopped allowing my assumptions about health override what my body was actually showing me.
Out of these experiences emerged a different way of understanding the body and what long-term restoration requires. Rather than focusing only on isolated symptoms or short-term effects, I began looking more closely at the underlying conditions that shape how the body adapts, regulates, and recovers over time. The Bodily Truth Framework grew from this perspective. It recognizes the body’s own intelligence and seeks to support the conditions that allow its regulatory capacity to function more effectively. Applying this approach to my own health gradually led me to a state of stability and recovery that I had not been able to achieve through the more common approaches I had tried before.
This framework has been shaped through sincerity, careful observation, and a willingness to follow the body's lead. It brings together supplements, herbal medicine, and lifestyle support in response to the body’s changing needs, with the goal of strengthening self-regulation rather than relying on health products permanently. My role is to help clients recognize patterns in their health and daily lives that may be interfering with long-term recovery. Ultimately, my hope is that you leave with more than just information or a temporary plan. I want to help you build a clearer, more honest relationship with your body so that you can navigate your health with a greater sense of clarity, confidence, and trust.
My Approach
I work with clients by helping them understand how their body is currently functioning by identifying the body's constitutional baseline, patterns, responses, and overall current state.
From this context it then becomes possible to recommend changes to routine and diet and to develop a nutraceutical and herbal approach that is aligned with their bodily needs.
Note: I am not qualified to prescribe medications, diagnose medical conditions, or provide guidance on starting, stopping, or adjusting any prescription or over-the-counter medications. My services are for educational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice or care.
